This role will be responsible for leading Toyrence Properties through its evolution into a “Digital-first Real Estate Brokerage” in 2021. This includes recruiting, building, and managing an exceptional media and content team tasked to produce, deliver, and amplify deeply effective and engaging Real Estate media to a global audience. Develops and oversees strategy and execution of "digital real estate." This includes both content and engagement. Manages directors of video production and social media. Also manages and is assisted directly by the Content & Engagement Coordinator.
The Video Production Manager is responsible for the front to back development and production of all video content for Toyrence Properties online channels as well as third party channels. This position is responsible for all phases of video production from concept to completion to delivery. The Video Production Manager can expect to work on multiple projects at once, adhere to strict deadlines, and actively serve as a member of the creative team. This role is expected to pitch creative, well-thought out and on brand concepts that would appeal to Toyrence Properties target demographic and help the Brokerage to maintain its cutting-edge positioning in the Real Estate sector. The Video Production Manager will report directly to the Director of Digital Content & Engagement.
Develops and executes the social media strategy including community management, engagement, and digital advertising. Evaluate analytics and make critical decisions to inform content development, placement, and promotional spending. Leverages digital media coordinator as a source for social media support.
Supports Director of Digital Content & Engagement with ideation and execution of content and engagement strategy. Completes important time-sensitive tasks such as sourcing and scheduling content creators and supporting the development and execution of engagement activities and initiatives. Also includes assimilation and connection of members. Reports to Director of Digital Content & Engagement.
Assist the digital content and engagement team through delivering graphic design assets, video editing, communication, social media and website support. Must possess a universal skillset across digital media areas and be especially strong in graphic design.
